Avant de partir en Allemagne, tout début Juillet, j'ai eu mes Nièces, Charlotte et Mathilde, à dîner. J'ai fait un truc tout simple que j'ai appelé gâteau parce que j'ai fait cuire ma préparation dans un moule à gâteau et non à tarte ; sinon, ce aurait été une quiche.
J'ai acheté des petites crevettes roses en boîte, n'ayant pu trouver des grosses chez mon Poissonnier.
Vous battez 3 oeufs dans 120 grs de farine (90 grs de farine normale et 30grs de farine de sarrazin) et 1/2 càc de levure chimique. Vous versez doucement 1/2 litre de lait. Vous salez et poivrez. Vous ajoutez des épices à salade et 100 grs de râpé .Vous beurrez votre moule, vous y étalez vos petites bêtes, vous versez lentement la pâte et vous enfournez. Quand c'est doré, c'est que c'est cuit.
C'est un peu flou, mais ça donne ça. Et c'est bon ! Avec une petite salade du jardin !
